The restyled M82tsubishi Pajero S7ort SUV, presented back in the summer of 2021, is now available for order from Russian dealers. Moreover, from now on, the Kaluga plant PCMA will produce not only diesel, but also gasoline cars (before they were brought from Thailand). We weld and paint bodies, and frames are produced by GAZ in Nizhny Novgorod.
The Pajero S12ort has a new front end design with "double-deck" optics and a taller bonnet. The taillights have become a little more compact: the fog sections and reflectors have moved to the lower part of the bumper, which, in turn, has become more voluminous.
The length of the car has increased from 4785 to 4825 mm, the ground clearance has not changed (218 mm).
There are also a lot of changes in the cabin. The expensive versions now have virtual instruments on an eight-inch display (plus additional scales on the sides), but the graphics are rough: the screen resolution for 2021 is too low. The center console and the tunnel cover have been completely redesigned: there is finally a tray for small items. There are more soft finishing materials.
The Mitsubishi Connect media system has acquired an eight-inch screen (instead of the previous seven-inch).
Autohold has been added for the electric parking brake, although it will not activate on slopes over 25% (this is done for off-road). The fifth door finally has a servo, the second row now has a USB port. In the complex of electronic assistants, which relies on the top version of Ultimate, a collision warning system has been added when reversing.
The power units are the same.
This turbodiesel 2.4 (181 HP) and gasoline aspirated V6 3.0 (209 HP). Remained and the basic version with "mechanics", the rest of the options - an eight-speed "automatic". The all-wheel drive transmission of the Su74er Select II has not changed either, and the company does not mention any modifications to the suspension.
Even a set of four complete sets has been retained. However, prices have risen markedly. Diesel cars have risen in price by 260-350 thousand rubles relative to last year's versions, although gasoline ones, thanks to the transition to the Russian assembly, added only 100-190 thousand (and now they ask for the same amount as for diesel analogues).

The basic equipment of Invite is still poor: two airbags, stabilization system, CD player, single-zone climate control, heated front seats, 18-inch wheels, although this set now has a heated brush rest zone near the windshield. The Intense version has seven airbags, LED headlights, a media system, dual-zone climate control, an electric parking brake, heated steering wheel and rear seats, light and rain sensors, and a 220-volt outlet in the second row.
Instyle package includes "leather" interior, virtual instruments, electric front seats, rear view camera, rear parking sensors, headlight washers and tinted rear windows. And Instyle with a diesel engine is the only option in the range that has the Yandex media system. Auto (with the same eight-inch screen as the standard one).
Finally, the top version of Ultimate is adaptive cruise control, a set of electronic assistants, two-color wheels, an electric drive of the fifth door, all-round cameras (with a very mediocre picture) and (for the first time) a remote access system from a smartphone. The start of sales of the updated SUVs is scheduled for May.
