The Buick Envision concept crossover, which debuted back in the spring of 2021 at the Shanghai International Motor Show, appeared before motorists in a marketable condition.

The new Buick Envision, aimed at rivalry with the BMW X3, does not look as futuristic as the concept of the same name, however, the exterior design cannot be called boring or old-fashioned. When getting acquainted with the exterior of the car, attention is drawn to the proprietary Buick radiator grille in the form of a waterfall, elongated head optics, embossed hood, original stampings on the sidewalls and clearly defined body ribs. The sporty character of the SUV is emphasized by two exhaust pipes, a stylish rear bumper and muscular wheel arches, in which large multi-spoke alloy wheels are hidden.

The Buick Envision crossover, shown in China as part of a closed presentation, has a body length of 4,667 mm, a width of 1,804 mm, a height of 1,659 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,750 mm.

Designed on a new platform, the model is equipped with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine that develops 260 hp. with. and 335 Nm of torque. The power plant is combined with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Front-wheel drive is basic and all-wheel drive will be an option.

The novelty, which in the product line of the North American company will be located between the Encore and Enclave models, will enter the market towards the end of this year. If the car is to the liking of consumers in the Middle Kingdom, then in the future the model may appear at Buick dealers in other countries.
